Brian is a dynamic entrepreneur and CEO with a proven track record of scaling high-performance service businesses. As the founder and driving force behind Pinnacle Maintenance Group, Brian transformed a service startup into Seattle’s largest privately held interior and exterior maintenance company. Under his leadership from its inception in 2015 to its successful acquisition in 2022, Pinnacle grew to generate $40mm in annual sales, powered by a culture rooted in scalability, sales & operational excellence, while always focusing on employees first.

Following Pinnacle’s acquisition, Brian took on the role of CEO of AAdvanced Services, the largest privately held septic service company in Washington, Idaho and Montana where he continues to apply his expertise in operational leadership, strategic growth, and team development to elevate service standards while growing new markets.

Brian founded Blu Collar Consulting Group to share the lessons of his entrepreneurial journey with other business owners. His mission is to help leaders unlock both professional and personal growth through tailored, hands-on consulting. Blu Collar’s customized, results-driven approach delivers measurable impact for companies of all sizes, empowering them to achieve their present and future goals.
